PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Pallets and bases of all configurations, from Skids to heavy duty pallet bases, LJB can provide them all, manufactured to any size or design, to hold any weight. Pallets can also be supplied with a full floor (non slatted) for heavier items and fixing locations. Due to their lower cost, pallets are often used for one way consignments, or warehouse storage, and ideal for short or long hauls over road, air or sea.
LJB manufacture for both domestic and international destinations.
TURNAROUND
Pallets and bases are a core product of our company, and our production facility is optimized for fast turnaround. Our products are custom made to order and not in stock. To help us achieve your preferred deadline, it is crucial to provide as much lead time as possible. LJB is dedicated to meeting your deadlines and will strive to do so. As work loads change, it is best to contact us and discuss realistic turnaround.
SIZE
At LJB there is no such term as "STANDARD" all our pallets and bases are made to whatever size you require.
Files are kept for all orders, so repeat orders are fast and efficient. This also eliminates any guess work, leading to mistake. We can also allocate product codes to easily identify repeat orders.
WHAT ABOUT THE WEIGHT
Pallets and bases can be designed to carry almost any weight and there is no standard configuration for this. LJB will assure that the appropriate construction is used based on the consignment weight given.
LIFTING ACCESS
All pallets and bases come with forklift bearers / gluts. The most common clearance is 100mm, this can be reduced or enlarged to cater for space saving and access with pallet jacks / tine extensions.
WE CARE FOR THE ENVIRONMENT, ALL OUR PRODUCTS ARE SOURCED FROM RENEWABLE PLANTATIONS.
OUR IMPRINT IS ALSO SMALL WITH ALL OUR BY-PRODUCT BEING RECYCLED.
