PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Our Road Cases are manufactured with 6mm / 9mm / 12mm marine or general purpose plywood and can be laminated with black ABS film. They feature recessed latches and handles.
Piano hinges, heavy duty flat steel corners and aluminium tongue - and - groove closure can be added.

TURNAROUND
Road Cases are a core product of our company, and our production facility is optimized for fast turnaround. Our products are custom made to order and not in stock. To help us achieve your preferred deadline, it is crucial to provide as much lead time as possible. LJB is dedicated to meeting your deadlines and will strive to do so. As work loads change, it is best to contact us and discuss realistic turnaround.
SIZE
At LJB there is no such term as "STANDARD" all our cases are made to whatever size you require.
Files are kept for all orders, so repeat orders are fast and efficient. This also eliminates any guess work, leading to mistake. We can also allocate product codes to easily identify repeat orders.
WHAT ABOUT THE WEIGHT
Cases can be designed to carry almost any weight and there is no standard configuration for this. LJB will assure that the appropriate construction is used based on the consignment weight given.
LIFTING ACCESS
Road cases can come with forklift bearers / gluts or castors. If these are not required, we can make without. If a case is small or not bearing too much weight, it may only need handles.
DIVIDERS
Dividers can be made to better protect multiple items inside our cases.
ACCESS
Options available to facilitate the loading of your case:
TOP LOOSE - Lid is lifted off from recessed latches.
Top Hinged - Lid attached with piano hinges.

STENCILING
As part of our product protection procedure, LJB can stencil your case with standard signage such as: Fragile, Handle With Care, This Side Up and Keep Dry. We also have the ability to create custom stencils in house. For regular customers, we are happy to stencil your company logo or identity.
LINING FOR FURTHER PROTECTION
LJB offers the following:​

Foam lining – Many types & thicknesses available, for protection against shock.

Polystyrene lining - Extra protection and temperature control.
WE CARE FOR THE ENVIRONMENT, ALL OUR PRODUCTS ARE SOURCED FROM RENEWABLE PLANTATIONS.
OUR IMPRINT IS ALSO SMALL WITH ALL OUR BY-PRODUCT BEING RECYCLED.
